This instalation is using the existing furnace in the house to distribute the heat, this requires a heat exchanger to be installed in the furnace plenum, if you feel confident you can make this installation yourself. In this example a water-to-heat exchanger, or radiator, has been installed literally on top of an existing electrical furnace and will use the existing fan to blow the air heated by the radiator into the existing duct work. Resizing plenums in this way might be an area, the others being soldering and the hook up of the electric lines to the furnace, where you may want to call in a little outside help, in this case from an HVAC tradesman.
Your furnace will be similar to the one shown here, from this diagram you can get an idea of why the heat exchanger needs to be installed in the plenum
